Reports

Pursuant to the Waterfront Commission Act, New York Executive Law, Article 19-I, the New York Waterfront Commission publishes an Annual Report on or before the first day of September of each year detailing the previous fiscal year.

It includes a fiscal summary, statistical data detailing the agency’s operations, an overview of waterfront labor in the Port of New York, the status of waterfront operations covered by the Act and legislative recommendations.

The Commission operates on a fiscal year commencing each April 1 and ending on the following March 31.
