All Rules and Regulations of the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor (WCNYH), established by the States of New York and New Jersey, will continue in effect as the Rules and Regulations of the New York Waterfront Commission until amended, supplemented, or rescinded by the Commission pursuant to the New York State Administrative Procedure Act. Please note that previously promulgated regulations that are inconsistent with the provisions of current New York State law are void.
